Order turnaround time is ONE WEEK. For those in need of faster turnaround, we offer RUSH ORDERS as well as SAME DAY PRINTING.
The THREE major factors of order cost are determined by:
- The PRODUCT you select.
- The total number of INK COLORS needed.
- The number of decoration LOCATIONS.
We require 12 ITEMS for screen-printing and embroidery. For orders under the minimum, please contact the store at 1-708-588-8272.
We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
FREE Standard Ground shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States is offered on orders of $100 or more when placed online using design studio.
Shirt Printing 4U ships to all 50 United States, select U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO and Canada.
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Our website offers a free DESIGN STUDIO for customers to test out different designs with both template and custom uploaded artwork. If further assistance is needed, we welcome customers to call in at 1-708-588-8272, or to visit our showroom in Countryside, IL, where you can work with our personal designers onsite.
If you have any issues with your order PRE-PRODUCTION or POST-PRODUCTION, please call us or visit our showroom to discuss the issues with the company directly. We will help to determine the best way to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will accept ANY FILE TYPE, although we recommend any .AI or .EPS vector file for best result. We will contact you if any further information is needed.
